  34. This program allows the network manager of a Level 3 Econet network to
  35. perform network maintenance from within the desktop environment.  It
  36. allows you to: create/remove users, alter free space quotas, change user
  37. privileges, change your password, set your Econet protection byte (with
  38. optional CMOS write), display $.Passwords file, and hold up messages sent
  39. by Notify by queueing them on the icon bar.
